Alto-Sham ITM-48
Hot food to go with an attractive, freestanding, self-service merchandiser with sneeze guard canopy. Merchandiser includes a protective bumper at both access sides to protect customers from hot surfaces and includes two "go-with" product merchandise platforms at either end. Hot food islands are heated from both the base and the upper canopy which also illuminates the product display. Both base and upper canopy are controlled by adjustable thermostats. Island merchandiser, ITM-48 has over 8 square feet of heated surface in a 5.5 foot (1676mm) length.
Alto-Sham SC-24/2; SC-36/2
This freestanding, hot food merchandiser is designed for high visibility of hot packaged foods. Compact design fits easily in most counter-top layouts. Heated glass technology provides two evenly heated display surfaces for maximum product holding life. Lighting over each shelf provides additional heat coverage. Available in two widths: 36" (914mm) and 24" (610mm)
Lighted display maximizes visual merchandising while holding food hot and fresh for hours. Available in two designs: reach-in cabinet with angled shelves, and pass-through cabinet for self-service applications. Holds full or half-size sheet pans. Can be stacked with another 750-GDU for additional capacity within the same floor space.

Three-shelf merchandiser incorporates thermal kinetic glass technology to provide three evenly heated display surfaces. Packaged foods are held at safe temperatures to offer quality holding on each of the three independently controlled shelves. Low wattage fluorescent lighting at the top of each shelf enhances the display while the glass shelves provide the low power usage of kinetic energy. Vertical display maximizes packaed product capacity in a small linear footprint while the glass side panels offer greater product visibility from both sides of each illuminated shelf. Stand shown is optional.
